THE RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA

Fox Fire Protection Ltd keep a current record of personal data which is updated on a rolling 30 day basis. In the event that a contract ceases, personal data is then destroyed (The right to withdraw / be forgotten) (contractual obligation of personal data)

An individual / organisation can at any time request in writing to Fox Fire Protection Ltd to view their personal data or that their personal data be removed and destroyed.
